For Xenon and Angelic buster, if there isn't any more energy to use a skill, it should use MP but provide a weaker enthusiast unless a more powerful previous buff was still present. As for Angelic Buster, rather than neglecting a skill it might only use the ability but with lower damage.If anything, this is simply a proposal to rework the gameplay mechanics of figures so that things don't occur at inconvenient times.
